    Delete goals

    Destructive

    atlas_goals_delete

Delete one OKR (Objective or Key Result) by id. Use only after confirming the goal should be removed. Idempotent per MCP invocation.

    Scope
    goals:delete
    Calls
    DELETE /goals/{x}
    Example prompt
    Delete goal gol_123.

    Arguments

    FieldTypeRequiredDescription
    goalIdstringYes

    Get goals

    Read only

    atlas_goals_get

Return one caller-visible OKR by id, including kind, parent/project links, target/current values, status, and computed progress.

    Scope
    goals:read
    Calls
    GET /goals/{x}
    Example prompt
    Show goal gol_123.

    Arguments

    FieldTypeRequiredDescription
    goalIdstringYes

    List goals

    Read only

    atlas_goals_list

List one page of the caller-visible OKRs, oldest first, optionally filtered to a project id. Returns Objective and Key Result rows with current progress and parent/child references so an MCP host can summarise goal health without opening the dashboard. Pass the nextCursor of a page as cursor to read the next one.

    Scope
    goals:read
    Calls
    GET /goals
    Example prompt
List the goals for project prj_123.

    Arguments

    FieldTypeRequiredDescription
    projectIdstringNo
limitintegerNoHow many rows to return, 1 to 100. 50 by default.
cursorstringNoThe nextCursor of the previous page. Leave it out for the first page.
sort"createdAt" | "updatedAt" | "title"NoThe field to sort on: createdAt, updatedAt, title. createdAt, oldest first, by default.
    order"asc" | "desc"Noasc or desc.

    Get goal rollup

    Read only

    atlas_goals_rollup_get

Return the recursive OKR rollup tree rooted at the supplied Objective id. Each node carries the goal payload (kind, owner, progress 0..1), its children, and a leaf-weighted aggregate progress percentage (0..100) computed across every Key Result in the subtree. Useful when an MCP host needs a single call to summarise how a whole Objective tree is tracking.

    Scope
    goals:read
    Calls
    GET /goals/{x}/rollup
    Example prompt
Show me the rollup for our Q2 launch objective.

    Arguments

    FieldTypeRequiredDescription
    goalIdstringYes

    Get goal task rollup

    Read only

    atlas_goals_task_rollup_get

Return the linked-task auto-progress for one goal: { total, completed, progress } across the tasks linked to it (progress is null when nothing is linked). Complements the manual metric rollup with completion-based signal.

    Scope
    goals:read
    Calls
    GET /goals/{id}/task-rollup
    Example prompt
How many tasks under goal gol_123 are done?

    Arguments

    FieldTypeRequiredDescription
    goalIdstringYes

    Update goals

    Changes data

    atlas_goals_update

Patch one OKR by id: title, description, status, dates, target/current values, unit, project linkage, or alignment pointer. Nullable fields accept null to clear them. COMPLETED/ABANDONED are terminal states. Idempotent per MCP invocation.

    Scope
    goals:write
    Calls
    PATCH /goals/{x}
    Example prompt
Set the current value of goal gol_123 to 42.

    Arguments

    FieldTypeRequiredDescription
    goalIdstringYes
    titlestringNo
    descriptionstring | nullNo
    status"ACTIVE" | "COMPLETED" | "ABANDONED"No
    startsOnstring | nullNo

    targetValuenumber | nullNo
    currentValuenumber | nullNo
    unitstring | nullNo
    projectIdstring | nullNo
    alignsToGoalIdstring | nullNo
