    Focus

Pomodoro timer and Eisenhower matrix on one page.

    Open module/focus
    personaldeep-work

    Overview

Pairs a deterministic Pomodoro timer (25/5/15 or custom) with the four-quadrant Eisenhower matrix (urgent by important). Drop into deep work, then exit with a clean status on what you pushed forward.

    Highlights

The capabilities worth knowing before you dive in.

    • Custom work, short-break, and long-break lengths
    • The Eisenhower matrix buckets tasks by urgency (due within N hours) and importance (priority)
    • The counter rolls and toasts on each cycle end so you notice without looking

    Important to know

Limits, permissions, and sharp edges to keep in mind.

    • The running timer survives tab reloads via localStorage, so you can close the page and come back.
    • The matrix treats priority HIGH/URGENT as "important" by default; tenant-authored importance rules ship in a later release.

    How to use it

The primary workflow, start to finish.

    1. 1Start a Pomodoro before each block of deep work.
    2. 2Glance at the matrix to pick the next task.
    3. 3Rest during the break. The app chimes when it ends.

    FAQ

Does the timer keep running if I close the tab?
Yes. The running timer is persisted locally, so you can close the page, come back, and find the session where you left it rather than starting again.
How does the matrix decide what is important?
Urgency comes from the due date falling inside a chosen window, and importance comes from priority: HIGH and URGENT count as important by default. Tenant-authored importance rules are a later release.
Can I use intervals other than twenty-five and five?
Yes. The work length, the short break and the long break are all configurable. The default is the familiar twenty-five, five and fifteen, and nothing depends on those numbers.
