    Troubleshooting

    • Invalid Token!

Refresh token expired or revoked. Reconnect from Atlas.

    • No recording found

Cloud recording must be enabled at the account level and on the user profile.

    • webhook validation failed

Zoom requires a validation challenge on first registration. Atlas handles this automatically only if the receiver is reachable.

    Webhooks

Atlas registers a Zoom event subscription per app and validates the Zoom signature on every event.

    Events Atlas listens for

    • meeting.started
    • meeting.ended
    • recording.completed
    • recording.transcript_completed
